低碳经济发展模式下新兴产业的发展研究

摘　　要：低碳经济是近年来新兴的产业发展模式,与传统经济发展模式相比,更具优势。由此,本文在掌握了低碳经济发展模式及内容的基础上,运用实证研究法,选取2005~2020年国家统计局、上交所和深交所公布的符合低碳经济新兴产业要求的1023个年度观测数据作为研究对象,通过构建数学模型和检验得到:(1)政府的碳交易市场运作机制及政策优惠和财政直接补贴对低碳经济模式下的新兴产业的经济效益效率存在较大影响;(2)政府产业链及基础设施投资与低碳经济模式下新兴产业社会生产效益和信息披露质量呈现正相关回归关系,并且在1%水平显示统计的显著性;(3)在政府相关政策对低碳经济发展模式下企业经济效益的效率影响上,上市企业表现的趋势一致。Low-carbon economic development mode is a new mode of economic development,which requires a certain number of emerging industries or industrial clusters as the industrial basis for its development.On the basis of mastering the development model and content of low carbon economy,this study applies the empirical research method and selects 1023 annual observations published by the National Bureau of Statistics,SSE and SZSE from 2005 to 2020 that meet the requirements of emerging industries in low carbon economy as the research objects,and obtains through constructing mathematical models and tests that(1)the government’s carbon trading market operation mechanism and policy preferences and financial(1)government’s carbon trading market operation mechanism and policy preferences and direct subsidies have a large impact on the economic efficiency efficiency of emerging industries under the low carbon economy model;(2)government’s industrial chain and infrastructure investment show a positive off regression relationship with the social production efficiency and information disclosure quality of emerging industries under the low carbon economy model,and show statistical significance at the 1%level.(3)The listed companies show a consistent trend in the efficiency impact of government-related policies on the economic benefits of emerging industries under the low-carbon economy model.
