摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情对我国经济和社会发展造成了巨大冲击。本文基于2000~2021年相关数据,从抵抗力和恢复力两个角度考察了疫情冲击下长三角26市2020年与2021年的经济韧性,并深入探讨了各市经济韧性的空间相关性,分析了经济韧性影响因素。研究表明:(1)长三角中东部城市的经济韧性较强,西部城市经济韧性较弱;(2)疫情对长三角的经济冲击是暂时的、可恢复的,2021年大多数城市已恢复到疫情前或更好的水平;(3)区域发展基础、科技创新水平、劳动力环境、产业组成、政府管理、对外开放程度是抵抗力的主要影响因素。卫生事业水平、产业组成、对外开放程度是恢复力的主要影响因素;(4)长三角地区经济韧性具有正向空间关联性,特别是2020年抵抗力的空间关联性较为明显,形成了“长三角一体化”特征。COVID-19 has had a huge impact on China’s economic and social development.Based on the data from 2000 to 2021,this paper examines the economic resilience of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta under the impact of COVID-19 in 2020 and 2021 from the perspectives of resistance and resilience,and deeply discusses the spatial correlation of economic resilience of each city,and analyzes the influencing factors of economic resilience.The results show that:(1)the economic resilience of cities in the middle and east of the Yangtze River Delta is strong,while that of cities in the west is weak.(2)The economic impact of the epidemic on the Yangtze River Delta is temporary and recoverable.By 2021,most cities have recovered to the same or better level.(3)Regional development basis,scientific and technological innovation level,labor environment,industrial composition,government management and openness are the main influencing factors of resistance.The level of health services,industrial composition and openness are the main influencing factors of resilience.(4)The economic resilience of the Yangtze River Delta region has a positive spatial correlation,especially the spatial correlation of resistance in 2020 is obvious,forming the characteristics of“Integration of the Yangtze River Delta”.
