大藤峡水利枢纽工程筑岛水下爆破方案设计与应用

摘  要:大藤峡船闸下引航道口门区航下3+248.28下游左、右岸开挖边坡不进行支护,无围堰保护,需进行水下爆破施工。根据现场实际情况,下游引航道口门区航下3+248.28~航下3+861.25段常年位于水下,优先采用石渣料筑岛回填至27.00m高程,形成钻爆施工平台,并充分利用枯水期完成钻爆施工,爆渣采用长臂反铲或抓斗式挖泥船进行挖除。船闸口门区航下3+248.28~航下3+861.25段历时10.3个月顺利完成水下开挖,为大藤峡水利枢纽按期通航奠定了坚实基础。大藤峡船闸工程已运行一年多,过往船舶均安全通行,实践证明该筑岛水下爆破设计方案行之有效,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴经验。There is no support and cofferdam protection for the slope excavation on the left and right banks of the downstream of 3+248.28 in the lower approach entrance area of the channel of Datengxia lock,and underwater blasting construction is required.According to the actual situation of the site,section 3+248.28~3+861.25 of the entrance area of the downstream approach channel is always under water.Therefore,it is preferred to backfill the island with rock ballast to 27 meter elevation to form a drilling and blasting construction platform,and make full use of the dry water period to complete the drilling and blasting.The blasting ballast is excavated by long-arm back shovel or grab dredger.The underwater excavation of the section 3+248.28~3+861.25 at the entrance area of the lock has been successfully completed within 10.3 months,laying a solid foundation for the scheduled navigation of Datengxia Water Conservancy Project.The Datengxia lock project has been in operation for more than one year,and all passing ships can pass safely.The practice has proved that the underwater blasting design scheme is effective and can be used as a reference for the construction of similar projects.
