摘 要:目的探讨Sanders Ⅳ型跟骨骨折患者采取3D打印技术辅助治疗的临床应用价值及安全性。方法选择2021年4—12月如东县人民医院收诊治疗Sanders Ⅳ型跟骨骨折患者30例作为观察组,接受3D打印技术辅助治疗;抽选2020年10月—2021年3月本院收治的30例Sanders Ⅳ型跟骨骨折患者作为对照组,接受常规手术方式治疗,记录并对比两组患者围术期临床指标差异性,评估两组患者治疗前后足功能评分变化,观察并对比两组患者术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者手术用时(56.45±8.48)min、骨折愈合时间(3.13±0.45)个月均明显短于对照组,同时术中出血量(95.68±11.12)mL、术后引流量(165.35±15.13)mL少于对照组,术中透视频率(3.41±1.02)次低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.283、15.661、4.794、15.502、16.776,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前足功能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者各项足功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SandersⅣ型跟骨骨折患者采取3D打印技术辅助治疗具有确切效果,能够有效缩短手术用时,促进患者预后恢复,安全性高,值得临床运用并推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application value and safety of 3D printing technology-assisted treatment for Sanders Ⅳ heel fracture patients.Methods A total of 30 patients with Sanders type Ⅳ calcaneal fracture admitted to Rudong County People's Hospital from April to December 2021 were selected as the observation group and received 3D printing technology assisted treatment.Selected 30 cases Sanders Ⅳ calcaneal fractures patients in the hospital from October 2020 to March 2021 as control group subjects and received conventional surgery treatmentRecorded and compared the difference of clinical indicators of the two groups of patients in the perioperative period,evaluated the changes of foot function scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and observed and compared the probability of postoperative complications of the two groups of patients.Results The operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group(56.45±8.48)min and(3.13±0.45)months were statistically shorter than the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume of the observation group(95.68±11.12)mL and(165.35±15.13)mL were lessthan the control group,the frequency of intraoperative fluoroscopy(3.41±1.02)times was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.283,15.661,4.794,15.502,16.776,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in foot function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the foot function scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of 3D printing technology for the treatment of Sanders Ⅳ heel fracture patients has a definite effect,which can effectively shorten
