肩关节镜在肩袖损伤修复术中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析肩袖损伤患者接受关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术的效果。方法选择东南大学医学院附属江阴医院骨科2018年1月—2021年3月手术治疗的40例肩袖损伤患者为研究对象,均对其实施关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术,分析其术后应用效果。结果肩袖损伤患者术后ASES评分(62.28±4.63)分高于术前(47.70±4.50)分,差异有统计学意义(t=709.323,P<0.05);袖损伤患者术后Constant-Murley评分(92.45±2.66)分高于术前(34.20±3.04)分,差异有统计学意义(t=969.488,P<0.05);肩袖损伤患者术后轻度疼痛38例(95.00%),中度疼痛2例(5.00%),重度疼痛0例(0.00%),优于肩袖损伤患者术前轻度疼痛0例(0.00%),中度疼痛10例(25.00%),重度疼痛30例(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(Z=8.310,P<0.05)。术后生活质量伏于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肩关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术能够有效改善肩袖损伤患者肩部功能状况,提高关节活动度,手术长期效果好,术后疼痛感轻,患者无明显术后不良预后现象,恢复其生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of patients with rotator cuff injury receiving arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair.Methods 40 patients with rotator cuff injury treated surgically from January 2018 to March 2021 in the Department of Orthopedics of Jiangyin Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University School of Medicine were selected as the research objects,and all of them were treated with arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair.The postoperative application effect was analyzed.Results The postoperative ASES score of patients with rotator cuff injury(62.28±4.63)points was higher than that of preoperative(47.70±4.50)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=709.323,P<0.05).The postoperative Constant-Murley point of patients with rotator cuff injury was(92.45±2.66)points,higher than the preoperative was(34.20±3.04)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=969.488,P<0.05).There were 38 cases(95.00%)of patients with rotator cuff injury with postoperative mild pain,2 cases(5.00%)of moderate pain,and 0 cases(0.00%)of severe pain,better than the 0 cases(0.00%)of preoperative mild pain in patients with rotator cuff injury,10 cases(25.00%)of moderate pain,and 30 cases(75.00%)of severe pain,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=8.310,P<0.05).postoperative quality of life was better than peoperative,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair can effectively improve the shoulder function and joint mobility of patients with rotator cuff injury.The long-term effect of the operation is good and the postoperative pain is light.The patients have no obvious adverse prognosis,and recover their quality of life.
