研究彩色多普勒超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性病灶的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析彩色多普勒超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统治疗乳腺良性病灶的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月在潍坊市妇幼保健院诊断出乳腺良性肿块的90例患者,采用随机数表法将患者分为参照组和研究组,各45例。所有患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,参照组进行开放手术治疗,研究组进行麦默通微创旋切系统治疗。比较两组患者的临床各项指标和并发症发生率。结果研究组患者的住院时间、手术时间、切口长度明显短于参照组,术中出血量明显少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.634、16.426、20.334、14.146,P<0.001);研究组患者的并发症发生率(2.22%)低于参照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.200,P=0.007)。结论对于有乳腺良性肿块的患者,彩色多普勒超声引导下运用麦默通微创旋切术,不但能取得良好的治疗效果,还能缩短患者的住院时间,加快患者的恢复,同时不会增加其他并发症的发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive rotary mastectomy system guided by color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment of benign breast lesions.Methods Ninety patients with benign breast masses diagnosed in Weifang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into reference group and study group,with 45 patients in each group.All patients were examined with color Doppler ultrasound.The reference group was treated with open surgery,and the study group was treated with the minimally invasive rotary resection system of Macintosh.The clinical indexes and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time,operation time,incision length of patients in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the reference group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was significantly less than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.634,16.426,20.334,14.146,P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the study group(2.22%)was lower than that in the reference group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.200,P=0.007).Conclusion For patients with benign breast masses,the use of minimally invasive rotary mastectomy under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound can not only achieve good therapeutic effect,but also shorten the hospital stay of patients,speed up the recovery of patients,while not increasing the incidence of other complications.
