离心法和虹吸法制备冷沉淀的质量比较

摘  要:目的探讨离心法和虹吸法制备冷沉淀的质量。方法随机选取2020年6月—2021年6月云浮市中心血站制备的合格新鲜冰冻血浆60袋(100 mL/袋),抽签法随机分成A、B两组,每组30袋。A组采用离心法制备冷沉淀,B组采用虹吸法制备冷沉淀,对比两组制备冷沉淀的Ⅷ因子含量和纤维蛋白原含量,并统计合格率。结果B组Ⅷ因子含量(79.68±25.28)IU、纤维蛋白原含量(206.47±59.78)mg均高于A组的(65.16±27.18)IU、(168.15±43.83)mg,差异有统计学意义(t=2.143、2.832,P<0.05);两组制备冷沉淀的Ⅷ因子和纤维蛋白原含量均符合国家标准,合格率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种制备冷沉淀的方法均符合国家标准,与离心法相比较,采用虹吸法制备的冷沉淀Ⅷ因子含量、纤维蛋白原含量更高,制备效率更高效。Objective To explore the quality comparison of cold p recipitation prepared by centrifugal method and siphon method.Methods Sixty bags of qualified fresh frozen plasma(100 mL/bag)prepared at the Yunfu Central Blood Station from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly selected.Group A used centrifugation to prepare cold precipitation,and group B used siphoning method to prepare cold precipitation.The content of factor Ⅷ and fibrinogen were compared between the two groups,and the passing rate was calculated.Results It showed that the content of factor Ⅷ(79.68±25.28)IU and fibrinogen(206.47±59.78)mg in group B were higher than those in group A(65.16±27.18)IU and(168.15±43.83)mg,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.143,2.832,P<0.05).The content of factor Ⅷ and fibrinogen in the two groups of prepared cold precipitates met the national standards,and the pass rate was 100%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Both methods of cold precipitation preparation conformed to the national standards,and compared with the centrifugation method,the content of factor Ⅷ and fibrinogen in cold precipitation prepared by siphoning method was higher and the preparation efficiency was more efficient.
