摘　　要：通过分析工程案例,阐述了高温高压飞灰过滤器的工作原理、结构特点、设计参数、材料选择及滤芯的选择,并对主要零部件的结构设计和机械强度校核、设备的制造和安装等进行介绍,为同类产品设计和制造提供了参考。The paper expounds the working philosophy,structural features,design parameters,material selection and filter element selection of high-temperature and high-pressure fly ash filters through analysis of project cases,and introduces the structural design and mechanical strength check of its main components,manufacturing and installation of the filter,which provides a reference for the design and manufacturing of similar products.
