摘　　要：建设海绵城市不仅能维护生态环境平衡,还能防止城市内涝干旱。从海绵城市建设的意义出发,强调其建设的重要性,从而指出海绵城市建设的设计原则,详细叙述“渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排”等功能及在建设过程中的具体举措,并梳理城市道路及公园园林的“海绵”设计理念。Sponge cities can not only maintain the balance of the ecological system,but also prevent urban waterlogging and drought.The paper starts with the significance of sponge cities,emphasizes the importance of its construction,and outlines its design principles.It elaborates its functions of“seepage,retention,storage,purification,consumption and drainage”and specific measures adopted in the construction process,and also overviews the“sponge”design concept in building urban roads and parks.
