摘 要:在当前“双碳”以及减排的时代背景下,气流床气化技术以其清洁、高效地利用煤炭资源的优势,已经成为目前煤化工的重要技术工艺之一。对于以水冷壁的气流床气化技术工业运行数据表明,粗细渣比例为2:8,碳转化率偏低,气化性能欠佳。为此,通过理论分析和数值模拟方法,观察缩小渣口结构尺寸对气化性能的影响;严格筛选耐火材料、建立合理的改造方法和方案,经过3个月的运行监测,验证了适当缩小气化炉渣口尺寸的理论正确性,解释了气化性能提升的原因,为工业气化炉渣口结构优化提供了重要的参考。Against the overall background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals as well as emission reduction,entrained-flow bed gasification technology has become one of the important technologies in the coal chemical industry,thanks to its clean and efficient utilization of coal resources.The industrial operation data of the entrained-flow bed gasification technology with water-cooling wall shows that when the proportion of coarse to fine slag is 2∶8,the carbon conversion rate is comparatively low,and the gasification performance is undesirable.Therefore,through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the effect of reduced slag hole structural size on gasification performance has been observed.Stringent selection of refractory materials as well as formulation of rational remolding methods and schemes have been carried out.After three months of operation monitoring,the theoretical correctness of appropriately reducing the size of gasifier slag hole is verified,and the reason behind enhanced gasification performance is unveiled,which provides an important reference for the structural optimization of industrial gasifier slag hole.
