摘　　要：以价格相对便宜和氧指数比较低的天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶为生胶体系,与阻燃体系、防护体系、补强体系、硫化体系并用,开发出一种工艺性能良好的阻燃抗静电煤矿带式输送机滚筒用包覆层覆盖胶,成本比传统使用氯丁橡胶的配方低。With natural rubber,styrene butadiene rubber,and cis polybutadiene rubber,which are relatively cheap and have low oxygen index,as raw rubber systems,and used together with flame retardant systems,protective systems,reinforcement systems,and vulcanization systems,a flame retardant and antistatic coating covering compound for coal mine belt conveyor drums with good process performance was developed,and its cost was lower than that of the traditional formula using neoprene rubber.
