摘  要:整车传动系统在急踩/急收油门和离合器结合等瞬态工况中由于侧隙的存在容易产生瞬态撞击声。本文以某6MT乘用车为例,详细阐述传动系统各零部件转速和壳体振动响应的时间历程分析方法以及瞬态撞击声的产生部位,并给出了评价撞击声的客观参数。利用集中参数法建立传动系统7自由度的扭转振动动力学模型,计算结果表明该模型的固有频率、振型和动力学响应与整车实测结果相吻合。之后,进一步分析系统的输入激励和各参数对输入轴角加速度影响的敏感度。结果表明:发动机目标扭矩的建立时间是影响撞击声最敏感的参数,并通过优化发动机扭矩变化速率降低了瞬态撞击声。Transit clonk noise can be easily produced in vehicle driveline system during tip in/out and clutch engagement conditions due to inevitable backlash.Taking a 6MT passenger car as an example,the time history analysis method of rotational speed and shell vibration response of transmission system components and location of transit clonk noise were described in detail,and the objective parameter for evalua-ting clonk noise was given.A 7 degree-of-freedom torsional vibration model was created by using lumped parameter.The calculation results show that the natural frequencies,natural modal and dynamic response of the modal align with vehicle measurements.Furthermore,the sensi-tivity of system input excitation and parameters to input shaft angular acceleration were analyzed.The results show that the building-up time of engine targeted torque is the most sensitivity parameter affecting the clonk noise,and the transit clonk noise is reduced by optimizing the change rate of engine torque.
