摘  要:为进一步降低整车在城市道路工况的油耗以满足日益加严的油耗法规,本文对利用米勒循环技术改善某1.5 L直喷增压汽油机部分负荷油耗进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:发动机米勒化,即通过在进气冲程关闭进气门来调节发动机有效循环进气量,可以有效减少影响发动机部分负荷效率的泵气损失和摩擦损失,从而改善发动机部分负荷的经济性。另外,在中高端部分负荷区,外部冷却废气再循环是一种改善米勒发动机燃油经济性和降低NO_(x)排放的有效措施。For further decrease fuel consumption of city load to meet the tightened fuel consumption regulation.An experimental study was carried out on improving the part load fuel consumption of a 1.5 L turbocharged gasoline direct injection(TGDI)engine using Miller cycle technology.The test result shows that engine Millerization,that is,by closing the intake valve during the intake stroke to adjust the effective cycle intake volume of the engine,the pumping loss and friction loss that affect the part load efficiency can be effectively reduced,thereby im-proving the economy of the part load.In addition,external cooling EGR is an effective measure to improve the fuel economy and reduce NOx emissions of Miller engine in the middle and high-end part load areas.
