摘  要:汽车高强钢板成型性较差,特别是回弹量控制难度大,高强钢板的回弹补偿是成型工艺的难题。本文通过优化CAE参数,将其应用到高强钢板模具开发中,获得了高强钢板成型回弹补偿优化方案,并通过了实践验证。该方案有效控制了高强钢板成型的回弹量,降低模具开发成本,提高了模具寿命,为汽车高强钢板模具的设计开发提供了参考。The formability of automobile high-strength steel plate is poor,especially it is difficult to control the springback,and the springback compensation of high-strength steel plate is a difficult problem in the forming process.CAE parameters were optimized and applied to the development of high strength steel plate die,and the optimization scheme of springback compensation for high strength steel plate forming was obtained and verified in practice.This scheme effectively controls the springback of high-strength steel plate forming,reduces the die development cost,and improves the die life,which provides a reference for the design and development of automobile high-strength steel plate die.
