摘　　要：汽车底盘性能主观评价与调校是汽车底盘开发过程中重要的研发手段,目前国外汽车厂商有成熟的主观评价体系和高水平的汽车调校团队,我国只有部分厂家有自己的主观评价体系和调校人员且水平参差不齐,大部分国内主机厂委托国外公司进行底盘调校工作。为了解决这个问题,本文通过查阅相关资料并依托过往开发项目的经验,总结出一套汽车底盘性能主观评价与调校方法,该方法可以全面地对车辆底盘性能进行评价,为从事汽车底盘性能主观评价及调校技术人员提供参考。Subjective evaluation and tuning of automobile chassis performance is an important research and development means in the process of automobile chassis development.At present,foreign automobile manufacturers have mature subjective evaluation system and high-level automobile chassis tuning team.In China,only several manufacturers have their own subjective evaluation system and chassis tuning engineers,and their level is uneven.Most domestic main engine manufacturers entrust foreign companies to carry out chassis adjustment.In order to solve this problem,a set of subjective evaluation and adjustment methods for automobile chassis performance was summarized by consulting relevant data and relying on the experience of past development projects.This method can comprehensively evaluate vehicle chassis performance,and provide reference for technicians engaged in subjective evaluation and and adjustment of automobile chassis performance.
