摘 要:为研究全金属单螺杆泵转子系统的动力学响应特性,利用Lagrange方程建立柔性支承的转子系统模型,采用Runge-Kutta法进行数值计算,得到系统的响应图。结果表明:随转速增大,系统出现倍周期与混沌运动的转化;随定转子配合间隙的增加,系统最大幅值呈增大趋势;转速和定转子配合间隙同时作用,在小间隙下转速对最大幅值的影响较大,在大间隙下间隙的影响较大。For purpose of investigating the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system of metal progressing cavity pump(PCP),making use of Lagrange equation to establish a dynamic model of the rotor system with flexible support was implemented,including employing Runge-Kutta method for numerical calculation to obtain response diagram of the system.The results show that,the transition between multi period motion and chaos occurs with the increase of rotational speed%with the growth of the clearance value,the maximum vibration amplitude of the system increases%the rotation speed and clearance act on the system simultaneously and the influence of speed on the maximum amplitude becomes greater when the clearance is small,and the clearance value has a greater impact when the clearance is large.
