摘 要:采用双向流固耦合的方法,研究了气阀弹簧刚度对往复压缩机排气阀开启和关闭过程中阀片上载荷和阀片运动情况的影响。发现阀片上不同位置运动和载荷存在较大差异,弹簧刚度主要影响排气阀关闭过程。对弹簧失效状态下排气阀关闭过程进行了模拟,将模拟计算得到的气阀振动信号进行EMD分解并计算其样本熵,弹簧失效状态下各分量和样本熵变化趋势与以往的试验结果一致。Through fluid-structure coupling simulation,the spring stiffness'effect of reciprocating compressor's vent valve on the vent valve's load and motion during the opening and closing process was studied to show that,obvious differences exist in motion and load at different positions on the valve plate,and spring stiffness mainly influences closing process of the vent valve.The closing process of the vent valve under spring failure state was simulated,including having EMD decomposition performed on the simulated vibration signal and its sample entropy calculated to show that,the variation trend of the IMFs and sample entropy under the spring failure condition complies with previous experimental results.
