摘 要:针对潜艇所用的低压大流量溢流阀在研制过程中出现的静、动态性能差的问题,通过集中参数和数值分析两种方法,分析其性能是否符合相关指标的要求。基于集中参数法推导溢流阀动力学模型,采用MATLAB/Simulink建立了仿真分析模型。基于有限体积法、层铺网格等数值分析方法,采用FLUENT流体仿真软件计算了溢流阀的静、动态特性。在此基础上,调整弹簧刚度、阀芯摩擦力及节流孔孔径等因素,分析了上述因素对静动态特性的影响。Aiming at the poor static and dynamic performance of the low pressure and large flow relief valves used in submarine during the development process,two methods of centralized parameter and numerical analysis were adopted to analyze whether its performance meets the requirements of relevant indexes.Meanwhile,the dynamic model of relief valve was derived based on the centralized parameter method,and the simulation analysis model established by MATLAB/Simulink,including having numerical analysis methods such as the finite volume method and layered grid based and the FLUENT software employed to calculate both static and dynamic characteristics of the relief valves.On this basis,having the influence of above factors on the static and dynamic characteristics analyzed by adjusting spring stiffness,valve core friction and throttle hole's aperture.
