摘  要:针对气化炉运行过程中出现的两次异常工况,结合气化炉内部检查的情况,分析原因。通过采用清理积灰、增加管线流程和稳定洗涤塔工况等措施,有效解决了气化炉激冷环烧损和环形空间温度大幅波动的问题,实现了气化炉的安全稳定运行。The abnormal case happened twice during the operation of Shell gasification,and the reason was analyzed in combination with the inspection inside the gasifier.Measures were taken,such as cleaning the accumulated ash,adding the pipeline,and stabilizing the working condition of the scrubber,to effectively solve the problems of burnt damage of gasifier quench ring,and the temperature vibration in the annular space,so as to achieve the safety and stable operation of the gasifier.
