摘　　要：离心式高压氨泵在运行过程中机械密封出现泄漏,严重影响装置的安全稳定运行。通过维修检查、设备结构分析和装配参数控制等,提出了离心式高压氨泵机械密封泄漏处理措施及方法,将该泵运行的风险降低,遏制隐患扩大。Mechanical seal leakage occurred during the operation of high pressure centrifugal ammonia pump may bring serious impact on the safety and stable operation of the plant.The treatment method on the leakage was presented by way of maintenance,equipment structure analysis,and assembly parameter control,which reduced the risk of pump operation and prevented the danger from overspreading.
