摘　　要：大颗粒尿素生产装置中,必须严格控制产品温度,避免结块,通过流化床冷却器与循环水板式换热器配合使用,有效降低尿素产品温度至合格指标,并对两种形式换热器运行工况及维护关键进行了对比。In the large granular urea plant,the product temperature must be strictly controlled to prevent the agglomeration.Using fluidized bed cooler in combination with circulating water plate exchanger,the urea product temperature can be effectively reduced to the qualified index.The operation conditions and key elements of maintenance of these two kinds of heat exchanger were compared.
