《中华医方》治疗痹证的酒剂方药研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对《中华医方》中治疗痹证的酒剂方药进行研究,分析酒剂治疗痹证方药的用药规律,为临床用药以及药理研究提供借鉴。方法:收集整理《中华医方》中治疗痹证的酒剂方药,建立Excel表格,运用古今医案云平台数据分析系统,对所选方剂进行用药频次统计、药物性味归经统计、关联分析、聚类分析,以及复杂网络分析等数据分析。结果:最终纳入酒剂方药181首,涉及中药433味,使用频次前20的中药以当归、牛膝、川芎最多。所用药物多性温平,味辛,归肝、肾、脾经。关联分析得到药对14对,以川芎、当归同现频次最高。聚类分析得到药组2组,复杂网络分析得核心处方1条。结论:《中华医方》中所载治疗痹证的酒剂方药规律为:核心中药为当归、牛膝、川芎、防风等,以补虚扶正、祛风除湿、活血化瘀为主要治法,临证可用蠲痹汤、三痹汤等为核心基础方加减治疗。Objective:To analyze the medication rule of wine formulas in treating Bi syndrome through the study of wine formulas in Chinese Medical Formulas,so as to provide reference for clinical medication and pharmacological research.Methods:The wine formulas for treating Bi syndrome in Chinese Medical Formulas were collected and sorted out to establish Excel tables.The Cloud Platform Data Analysis System of Ancient and Modern Medical Record was used to make statistics on the frequency of medicinal use,medicinal properties and flavors,and channel entry of the selected formulas,and make correlation analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.Results:One hundred and eighty-one wine formulas were finally included,involving 433 Chinese medicinals.Among the top twenty Chinese medicinals were Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae)and Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),most of which are warm and neutral in nature and acrid in flavor and act on the liver,kidney and spleen channels.Correlation analysis showed that there were fourteen medicinal pairs,Chuanxiong and Danggui with the highest co-occurrence frequency.Cluster analysis yielded two medicinal groups,and complex network analysis yielded one core formula.Conclusion:The law of wine formulas in Chinese Medical Formulas for treating Bi syndrome is that the core Chinese medicinals are Danggui,Niuxi,Chuanxiong and Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae)used to supplement deficiency to reinforce healthy qi,dispel wind and eliminate dampness,and invigorate blood and dissolve stasis,and sued in original or modified formulas such as in Juan Bi Tang(Decoction for Treating Rheumatic or Rheumatoid Arthritis)and San Bi Tang(Three Impediments Decoction).
