下肢洗伤方在全膝关节置换术后康复应用中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察下肢洗伤方在全膝关节置换术后患肢康复中的疗效。方法:将30例行全膝关节置换术的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例。对照组采用常规康复训练加热水熏洗,治疗组在常规康复训练的基础上应用下肢洗伤方熏洗治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后膝关节肿胀程度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、关节活动度、膝关节HSS评分。结果:术后2周,2组膝关节肿胀程度、VAS评分、关节活动度较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05)。术后4周,2组VAS评分、关节活动度、膝关节HSS评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05);且治疗组膝关节肿胀程度、VAS评分、关节活动度、膝关节HSS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:下肢洗伤方对提高全膝关节置换术后患肢功能效果明显,值得应用推广。Objective:To observe the effect of the Lower Limb Washing Prescription(下肢洗伤方)on the rehabilitation after total knee replacement.Methods:Thirty patients undergone total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was fumigated with heated water for routine rehabilitation training,while the treatment group was fumigated with lower limb washing formula on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The degree of knee joint swelling,visual analogue scale(VAS),joint range of motion and HSS knee joint function score were observed before and after treatment.Results:Two weeks after operation,the degree of knee joint swelling,VAS score and joint range of motion in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Four weeks after operation,VAS score,joint range of motion and HSS knee joint function score in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);Moreover,the swelling degree of knee joint,VAS score,joint range of motion and HSS knee joint function score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Lower Limb Washing Prescription has an obvious effect on improving the function of affected limbs after total knee arthroplasty,and is worth popularizing.
