摘  要:设计合成了喹喔啉类衍生物荧光探针QP,该探针显示出典型的遇水荧光淬灭特性,可用于有机溶剂中水含量的检测。研究结果表明:当DMF和丙酮中水的体积含量分别为10%和5%的时,探针的荧光完全淬灭,检测限分别为0.00121%和0.00468%;同时,通过理论计算,讨论了探针荧光遇水淬灭的机理,为该类探针的结构设计提供一定的理论理论参考。A fluorescent probe QP of quinoxaline derivatives was designed and synthesized.The probe showed typical fluorescence quenching properties when exposed to water,and could be used for the determination of water content in organic solvents.The results showed that when the volume fraction of water in DMF and acetone were 10%and 5%,respectively,the fluorescence of the probe was completely quenched,and the detection limits were 0.00121%and 0.00468%,respectively.At the same time,the mechanism of fluorescence quenching in water was discussed by theoretical calculation,which provided some theoretical reference for the structural design of this kind of probe.
