摘  要:天然橡胶在贮存运输过程中会发生贮存硬化,进而影响后期加工中填料在橡胶基体中的分散。为解决天然橡胶因“贮存硬化”造成填料分散性下降的问题,本论文选用恒黏剂烷基肼化合物(OP)和恒黏剂盐酸羟胺(HH)对天然胶乳/白炭黑进行改性,制备了恒黏天然橡胶/白炭黑复合材料(CV-NR/SiO_(2)),并探究该复合材料的加工性能及各项物理机械性能。结果表明:恒黏剂OP和HH的加入使CV-NR/SiO_(2)的门尼黏度明显下降,Payne效应减弱;且OP用量为0.1份时,复合材料的抗湿滑性提升,滚动阻力降低;并且经比较,用恒黏剂OP改性后的CV-NR/SiO_(2)具有较好的物理力学性能和耐老化性能。此外,相较于空白样NR/SiO_(2),白炭黑在恒黏橡胶基体中的分布更加均匀,相容性和结合性有所提高。In the process of storage and transportation of natural rubber(NR),a small amount of aldehyde groups on the molecular chain will undergo hydroxylaldehyde condensation reaction,which makes the rubber molecular chain branch and cross-link,thus increasing the Meoney viscosity of the raw rubber(i.e.storage hardening)and affecting the dispersion of silica in the rubber matrix.In order to solve the problem of decreasing dispersity of filler caused by“storage hardening”of natural rubber,a constant viscosity alkyl hydrazine compound(OP)and a constant viscosity hydroxylamine hydrochloride(HH)were selected to modify natural latex/white carbon black to prepare a constant viscosity natural rubber/white carbon black composite(CV-NR/SiO_(2)).The processing,physical and mechanical properties of the composites and the dispersion of silica were investigated.The results show that the Mooney viscosity of CV-NR/SiO_(2) decreases obviously and Payne effect weakens with the addition of OP and HH.When the amount of OP is 0.1 phr,the wet slip resistance of the composite is improved and the rolling resistance is reduced.By comparison,CV-NR/SiO_(2) modified with constant viscosity OP has better physical and mechanical properties and aging resistance.In addition,compared with the blank NR/SiO_(2) sample,the distribution of silica in the constant viscosity rubber matrix is more uniform,and the compatibility and bonding properties are improved.
