摘  要:以天然橡胶(NR)作为研究的主要对象,探究了低温混炼、一段混炼以及二段混炼对添加白炭黑前后改性NR性能的影响。结果表明,当橡胶配方中未添加白炭黑时,采用二段混炼所获得硫化胶的物理机械性能较好,但变化不大。当配方中添加白炭黑后,低温混炼所获得的硫化胶物理机械性能最差,一段混炼法次之,二段混炼法最好,从而能够说明二段混炼不仅能够保证胶料混炼得更加充分,而且通过控制混炼温度能够保证NR分子链不发生断裂。Taking natural rubber(NR)as the research object,the effects of low temperature mixing,first stage mixing and second stage mixing on the properties of modified NR before and after adding white carbon black were investigated.It was found that when white carbon black was not added to the formulac,better physical and mechanical properties could be obtained by two-stage mixing,but the change was not signficant.Moreover,the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber obtained by low temperature mixing were the worst,followed by the first stage mixing,and the second stage mixing was the best.It was found that second stage mixing could not only ensure the rubber mixture be mixed more fully,but also ensure that the NR molecular chain do not break after the second stage mixing.
