摘 要:为贯彻落实新时代军事教育方针,打造高水平师资队伍,在对新教员专业能力、教学理念、教学技能等具体要素进行分析的基础上,积极开展探析与研究。为努力打造一支德才兼备的高素质军校教员队伍,推进军校教育事业的快速发展,从加强岗前培训,狠抓末端落实;持续用力培养,建立长效机制;建立专门机构,优化培养模式;加强督促激励,保证培养效果四个方面制定了优化措施。以期为其他军队院校的新教员培养提供一定的参考和借鉴。In order to implement the military education policy of the new era and build a high-level teaching team,we actively carry out analysis and research on the basis of analyzing the specific elements of new teachers’professional ability,teaching philosophy,teaching skills and so on.In order to strive to build a high-quality military academy teachers team with both political integrity and ability,and promote the rapid development of military academy education,we have strengthened pre-job training,paid close attention to the implementation of the end,continued hard training,established a long-term mechanism,established special institutions,optimized the training mode,strengthened supervision and encouragement,and formulated optimization measures in four aspects to ensure the training effect,so as to provide some reference for the training of new teachers in other military academies.
