摘　　要：哺乳动物的配子包括精子和卵子,配子发生过程包括原始生殖细胞的形成、增殖、迁移到生殖嵴以及分化为成熟的配子,这一系列复杂的生物学过程受到相关基因和转录因子的精细调控。非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)是一类不具有蛋白编码能力的RNA分子,可在表观遗传方面调控基因表达,进而发挥生物学功能。作为近年来的研究热点,已有大量研究表明ncRNA参与配子发生过程,并可能会进一步影响受精卵的形成和早期胚胎发育过程。该文结合近年来的研究,综述了ncRNA在配子发生过程中的作用,以及相关ncRNA对早期胚胎发育、不育症相关疾病的影响。The gametes of mammals include sperm and eggs,gametogenesis includes the formation,proliferation,migration of primordial germ cells to the genital ridge and differentiation into mature gametes.These series of complex biological processes are finely regulated by related genes and transcription factors.Non-coding RNA(ncRNA)is a type of RNA molecule that does not have protein coding ability,which can regulate gene expression in terms of epigenetics,and then exert biological functions.As a research hot topic in recent years,a large number of studies have shown that ncRNA is involved in the process of gametogenesis,and may further affect the formation of fertilized eggs and early embryonic development.Based on recent researches,this article reviews the role of lncRNA in gametogenesis and the impact of related ncRNA on early embryonic development,infertility related diseases.
