摘 要:该研究旨在了解坝上长尾鸡和绿壳蛋鸡的生长发育性能,为杂交培育新型坝上长尾鸡品系提供育种素材。测定了坝上长尾鸡与绿壳蛋鸡体重、体尺指标和公鸡的屠宰指标,并进行了相关性分析。结果表明:同性别间绿壳蛋鸡的体重、体尺及屠宰指标均优于坝上长尾鸡;坝上长尾鸡公鸡体重与各项屠宰指标除腹脂重外均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),胸骨长、胫长与腿肌重呈显著正相关(P<0.05),胸宽、胸深与腹脂重呈显著负相关(P<0.05);绿壳蛋鸡公鸡体重与屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重呈显著正相关(P<0.05),胫长、胫围与腿肌重呈显著正相关(P<0.05),胸宽与腹脂重呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。通过比较,绿壳蛋鸡生长发育性能优于坝上长尾鸡,可以将绿壳蛋鸡作为育种素材,为培育新型坝上长尾鸡提供基础。The obejective of the experiment was to understand the growth and development performance of Bashang long-tail chickens,and green-shell laying chickens,and to provide breeding materials for hybrid breeding of new Bashang long-tail chickens strains.The body weight and body length of Bashang long-tail chickens and green-shell laying chickens and the slaughtering indexes of roosters of both breeds were determined and compared,and the correlation was analyzed.The results showed that the body weight,body size and slaughter indexes of green-shell laying chickens for the same sex were better than those of Bashang long-tail chickens.The body weight of Bashang long-tail cock was significantly positively correlated with all slaughter indexes except abdominal fat weight(P<0.05),the sternal length and tibial length were significantly positively correlated with leg muscle weight(P<0.05),and the chest width and chest depth were significantly negatively correlated with abdominal fat weight(P<0.05).The body weight of green-shell laying cock was significantly positively correlated with slaughter weight,half-eviscerated weight and fully eviscerated weight(P<0.05),the tibial length and tibial circumference were significantly positively correlated with leg muscle weight(P<0.05),and the chest width was significantly negatively correlated with abdominal fat weight(P<0.05).The comparison shows that the growth and development performance of green-shell laying chickens is better than that of Bashang long-tail chickens.The green-shell laying chickens can be used as breeding materials to provide basic information for Bashang long-tail chickens to breed a new type of Bashang long-tail chickens.
