摘 要:该研究旨在测定荷斯坦牛围产后期的血钾浓度,探究奶牛产后血钾浓度的群体规律及其影响因素。收集并测定了北京地区2个规模化奶牛场2018年7月至8月产犊的79头荷斯坦牛产后1~7 d、第10天和第13天的血钾和血钙浓度,利用混合模型分析了泌乳天数、牛场、犊牛性别、妊娠期长度、体况评分和胎次等因素对围产后期血钾浓度的影响,并用Pearson相关分析探究了产后血钾浓度与血钙浓度之间的相关关系。结果表明,胎次对荷斯坦牛产后血钾浓度有极显著影响(P<0.01),泌乳天数的一次项和二次项与血钾浓度之间分别存在极显著(P<0.01)和接近显著水平(P=0.06)的回归关系;围产后期不同泌乳天数的血钾浓度与血钙浓度之间存在低到中等的相关关系,相关系数最高达到0.48。研究揭示了荷斯坦牛围产后期血钾浓度的变化规律及其影响因素,为预防奶牛产后发生钾离子代谢障碍提供了理论依据。This study was designed to measure blood potassium concentration,and to explore the population characteristics and the factors affecting blood potassium concentration in Holstein cows during post-perinatal period.In this study,the blood potassium concentration and blood calcium concentration of 79 postpartum cows from two large-scale dairy farms in Beijing area were measured in first 7 days,10th and 13th days after calving between July and August in 2018.A mixed linear model was used to analyze the impact of days in milk,farm,calf gender,gestation length,body condition score and parity on blood potassium concentration of Holstein cows during post-perinatal period.A Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between postpartum blood potassium concentration and blood calcium concentration.The results showed that parity had a highly significant(P<0.01)effect on postpartum blood potassium concentration.There were regression relationships between the first regression term(highly significant level,P<0.01)and quadratic regression term(close to significant level,P=0.06)of lactation days and blood potassium concentration,respectively.Furthermore,the low to moderate correlation between blood potassium concentration and blood calcium concentration was found in different lactation days during post-perinatal period,and the highest correlation coefficient was 0.48.This study revealed the population characteristics and the factors affecting blood potassium concentration in Holstein cows during the post-perinatal period,which provides a theoretical basis for the prevention of postpartum potassium metabolism disorders.
