摘 要:为了满足实际工程应用需求,设计了一种超宽阻带的带通三维频率选择表面(Three-Dimensional Frequency Selective Surface,3-D FSS)。该3-D FSS单元结构由3层金属导体和填充介质组成,3层金属导体从外到内依次为零厚度金属方筒、有厚度金属方筒和实心金属块。相邻的零厚度金属方筒之间构成平行板波导(Parallel Plate Waveguide,PPW)传播路径,3层金属导体之间形成2个短方同轴线(Square Coaxial Line,SCL)结构。通过在PPW传播路径中加载一对金属化过孔,构成2个1/4波长谐振单元,在缝隙耦合下分裂为奇模和偶模2种谐振模式,产生具有2个传输极点的通带。通过H形槽缝隙和2个短SCL结构,使得电磁波发生反射,形成具有3个传输零点的超宽阻带。通过对传输零极点处的电场矢量分析和结构参数研究,阐述了所提出的3-D FSS的工作原理。仿真结果显示,提出的3-D FSS具有双极化、宽阻带和良好的角度稳定性等优势。A bandpass Three-Dimensional Frequency Selective Surface(3-D FSS)with ultra-wide stopband is designed for meeting the requirement of practical engineering application.The unit cell of the proposed 3-D FSS is composed of three layers of metal conductor and filling dielectric,and three layers of metal conductor are zero thickness square tube,thick square tube and solid metal block from the outside to the inside.The Parallel Plate Waveguide(PPW)propagation path is formed by two adjacent zero thickness square tubes,and two short Square Coaxial Lines(SCL)are created by three layers of metal conductors.By loading a pair of metallized through holes in PPW propagation path,two quarter wavelength resonant elements are formed.It splits into even-/odd-resonant modes by the slot electromagnetic coupling,resulting in a passband with two transmission poles.The electromagnetic wave is reflected and an ultra-wide stopband with three transmission zeros is introduced by using an H-shaped slot and two short SCL structures.The working principle of the proposed 3-D FSS is described by analyzing the electric field vector at the transmission zeros/poles,as well as studying the structural parameters.The simulation results show that the proposed 3-D FSS has the advantages of dual polarization,wide stopband and good angular stability.
