摘　　要：文章对1980年代深圳大型集合住宅的发展历程进行回溯,从城市形态、功能类型、平面组织和公共空间四个维度进行了建设史与空间史的梳理。通过对制度转变的描述和空间类型学的分析,归纳了深圳早期大型屋村在突破传统居住建筑类型方面体现的创新,进而揭示其对于城市现代转型与社区公共生活的促进作用。This paper reviews the evolution of large-scale collective housing in Shenzhen in the 1980s, and articulates its history of construction and space from four aspects: urban morphology, building program, floor plan organization and public space. Through the description of institutional transformation and the analysis of spatial typology, it summarizes the design innovation of Shenzhen’s large-scale housing estates which breaks through the traditional residential building types, and reveals its role in promoting the urban modern transformation and the public life in the community.
