摘 要:人居环境灾害适应的韧性机制提供了一个多层次嵌套的思维方式。基于适应性原理的层次嵌套特征,表明人居环境应对洪涝灾害的适应性营建需要协同气候变化、自然地理、地方系统等多个层次的相互关系,从而为营建路径奠定了认知基础。进而,指出人居环境减灾策略的建构需要认识海气致灾因子、脆弱地理类型、地方需求及文脉整合,并围绕“人居单元”的营建模式更新,提出人居单元的功能自洽性、边缘空间的结构组织化、营建要素的形态拓扑性策略。Resilience mechanism of human settlements adapting to disasters provides a multi-level nested thinking mode. Based on the nested hierarchy of the adaptability principle, this paper shows that the flood adaptability construction of human settlements needs to cooperate with the interrelationship of multiple levels of climate change, natural geography and local system, reveals the resilience mechanism of human settlements to disasters, and lays a cognitive foundation for the way of construction. Furthermore, it is pointed out that the disaster adaptation strategy of human settlements needs to understand ocean-atmosphere factors, vulnerable geographical types, local needs and context. With a focus on the renewal of the construction mode of “settlement unit”, the paper then puts forward the strategy of functional autonomy of settlement unit, structural organization of fringe space and morphological topology of construction elements.
