摘　　要：在进行安置房建筑工程项目施工时,墙体裂缝问题是比较常见的问题之一。房屋墙体出现裂缝,将会给整个工程项目的施工质量造成恶劣的影响。因此,房屋建筑施工企业要重视裂缝问题,采取合理措施加以预防和处理,在最大程度上提高房屋建筑工程项目的施工质量和效率。文章围绕安置房建筑工程项目施工过程中的裂缝问题进行了深入研究,介绍了水平裂缝、垂直裂缝、八字形和倒八字形裂缝几种常见的墙体裂缝,分析了房屋建筑工程墙体裂缝产生的原因,在此基础上提出了合理化的建议和意见,以期为今后同类型工程项目施工提供参考。In the construction of resettlement housing construction projects,the wall crack problem is one of the common problems.The cracks in the wall of the house will have a bad effect on the construction quality of the whole project.Therefore,housing construction enterprises should pay attention to the crack problem and take reasonable measures to prevent and deal with it to improve the construction quality and efficiency of housing construction projects to the greatest extent.This paper makes an in-depth study on the cracks in the construction process of resettlement housing construction projects,introduces several common wall cracks such as horizontal cracks,vertical cracks,splayed and inverted splayed cracks,analyzes the causes of wall cracks in housing construction projects,and puts forward reasonable suggestions and opinions on this basis,in order to provide references for the construction of similar projects in the future.
