建筑防水工程渗漏质量问题与防治措施研究

摘　　要：随着人们对建筑产品品质要求越来越高,防水工程施工面临较大压力。基于此,文章结合实际建筑工程案例,论述该项目在防水工程中产生渗漏质量问题的原因,包括结构设计不合理、施工行为不规范及施工材料质量不合格,然后结合案例实际提出防水工程施工技术路线,对渗漏质量问题的防治措施展开综合论述,期望能够为防水工程施工人员提供有益参考。With the increasing demand for the quality of building products,waterproofing engineering construction is facing greater pressure.Based on this,combined with the actual construction project cases,this paper discusses the causes for leakage quality problems in the waterproofing engineering,including unreasonable structural design,irregular construction behavior and unqualified construction materials.Then,combined with the actual case,the technical route of waterproofing engineering construction is put forward,and the prevention and control path of leakage quality problems is comprehensively discussed,hoping to provide useful references for waterproofing engineering construction personnel.
