摘　　要：现阶段,我国经济市场发展越发繁荣,在城市化发展建设越来越深入的背景下,各城市的大型商业综合体数量不断增加,建筑功能也变得丰富多样。文章针对大型商业综合体消防性能化设计展开研究,阐述了消防性能化设计的必要性,分析了设计的基本内容,然后结合具体工程实例,对大型商业综合体消防性能化设计要求和设计工作中可能面临的关键问题进行论述,并给出相应的解决方案,希望可以为同行业工作者提供有益参考。At this stage,the development of China's economic market is becoming more and more prosperous.Under the background of increasingly in-depth urbanization development and construction,the number of large-scale commercial complexes in various cities is increasing,and the building functions are becoming rich and diverse.This paper studies the performance-based fire design of the large-scale commercial complex,expounds the necessity of performance-based fire design and analyzes the basic content of design.Then,it discusses the key problems that may be faced in the performance-based fire design requirements and design work of the large-scale commercial complex in combination with specific engineering examples,and gives corresponding solutions,hoping to provide useful references for workers in the same industry.
