摘  要:文章以独塔混合梁金沙江特大桥施工为背景,重点阐述无通航江域中斜拉桥主跨钢梁架设施工方案比选。主要从施工方法、架梁设备两个方面对双台桥面吊机横桥向分箱吊装钢梁节段、组合式浮吊船整体吊装钢梁节段、单台大悬臂架梁吊机前方回转整体吊装钢梁节段三种方案进行比选,根据三种方案的优缺点考虑金沙江溪洛渡库区水位大落差、江域无通航及吊装节段重量大等关键因素,最终采用大悬臂架梁吊机前方回转吊装钢梁方案。最后总结了大悬臂架梁吊机前方回转吊装钢梁节段方案的技术关键要点,通过类似项目的实践证明及该型桥面吊机的成功研制,说明该方案可行。Based on the construction of Jinsha River Extra-large Bridge with single-tower hybrid girder,this paper focuses on the comparison and selection of erection schemes for main span steel girder of cable-stayed bridge in non-navigable river area.Three schemes are compared and selected mainly from the aspects of construction methods and girder erection equipment:double deck crane hoisting steel girder segments in boxes across the bridge,combined floating crane ship hoisting steel girder segments integrally,single large cantilever girder erection crane front rotary hoisting steel girder segments integrally.According to the advantages and disadvantages of three schemes,key factors such as large water level drop in Xiluodu reservoir area of Jinsha River,no navigation in the river area and large weight of hoisting segments are considered.Finally,the scheme of front rotary hoisting steel girder by large cantilever girder erection crane is adopted,and the key technical points of the scheme are summarized.Through the practice of similar projects and the successful development of this type of bridge crane,the scheme is proved to be feasible.
