建筑设计中的生态化模式实践与应用策略研究——以上海市普陀区M50青年公寓设计项目为例

摘　　要：我国建筑行业正值绿色环保转型发展的重要时期,以建筑设计为切入点进行改进革新,是建筑行业绿色转型发展的重要途径和有效手段。现阶段建筑设计的生态化模式逐渐形成,文章首先对其基本理念进行阐释,然后以上海市普陀区M50青年公寓工程为例,从项目设计的关键性问题、具体设计内容及设计创新点三个方面分析了生态化模式的具体应用,最后提出整体布局规划与设计、室内生态化设计、室外生态化设计及新材料新技术应用四个方面的建筑设计生态化模式应用策略,期待与同业设计人员相互交流,以共同助推我国建筑领域的绿色发展。China's construction industry is in an important period of green environmental protection transformation and development.Taking architectural design as the starting point for improvement and innovation is an important way and effective means for the green transformation and development of the construction industry.At present,the ecological model of architectural design is gradually formed.This paper first explains its basic concept,then takes the M50 youth apartment project in Putuo District,Shanghai as an example to analyze the specific application of the ecological model from three aspects of the key problems of project design,the specific design content and the design innovation points.Finally,it puts forward the application strategy of the architectural design ecological model from four aspects of overall layout planning and design,indoor ecological design,outdoor ecological design and application of new materials and new technologies.It is expected to communicate with fellow designers to jointly promote the green development of China's construction field.
