摘　　要：车库底板渗漏会腐蚀混凝土中的钢筋,降低破坏混凝土强度,直接影响建筑结构寿命。传统治理普遍采用高压灌注发泡聚氨酯等纯化学堵漏方式,不能从根本上解决渗漏问题。考虑到地下车库结构层的不稳定性,文章提出应采用刚、柔性防水相结合形式进行抗渗堵漏,通过刚性防水方法对结构缺陷进行加固补强,通过柔性防水方式防止基层二次开裂引起的渗漏水。文章结合工程实例,对帷幕防水复合注浆工艺流程和施工要点进行详细分析,通过采取有效的质量控制措施,成功解决了车库底板渗漏问题,可为类似工程提供参考。The leakage of the garage floor will corrode the steel bars in the concrete,reduce and damage the strength of the concrete,and directly affect the service life of the building structure.Traditional treatment generally adopts pure chemical plugging methods such as injecting polyurethane foam with high-pressure,which can not fundamentally solve the leakage problem.Considering the instability of the structural layer of underground garage,this paper proposes that rigid and flexible waterproof should be combined to prevent leakage.The rigid waterproof method is used to reinforce the structural defects,and the flexible waterproof method is used to prevent leakage caused by secondary cracking of the base.Combined with engineering examples,it analyzes the curtain waterproof composite grouting process and construction points in detail.By taking effective quality control measures,the problem of garage floor leakage is successfully solved,which can provide reference for similar projects.
