摘　　要：文章阐述了建筑工程中钻孔灌注桩工艺特点与施工方法,并结合实际工程现况,总结了钻孔灌注桩施工准备阶段和施工阶段的监理控制要点。通过对施工关键工序进行监理,能够解决建筑工程钻孔灌注施工过程中存在的钻孔倾斜、孔洞坍塌等问题,保证施工质量得到有效的控制。This paper expounds the process characteristics and construction methods of bored piles in construction engineering,and summarizes the supervision and control points of bored piles in construction preparation stage and construction stage in combination with the actual project status.Through the supervision of the key construction procedures,problems such as hole inclination and hole collapse can be solved in the process of drilling and pouring construction of construction engineering,and the construction quality can be effectively controlled.
