摘 要:采用双熔敷极奥氏体不锈钢焊条电弧焊工艺对316 L不锈钢进行了焊接,焊接电流分别采用120、150、180和210 A。结果表明,当焊接电流为120 A时,母材和焊缝结合较差,当焊接电流为150、180和210 A时,母材和焊缝结合较好。焊缝组织为晶界明显的等轴晶,电流为120 A时晶粒最细,随着焊接电流逐渐增大,其晶粒尺寸逐渐增大。熔合区清晰可见。热影响区组织为等轴奥氏体晶粒。焊接接头的显微硬度随着焊接电流的增大缓慢提高。316 L stainless steel was welded by double deposited austenitic stainless steel electrode arc welding process.The welding currents were 120,150,180 and 210 A respectively.The results show that when the welding current is 120 A,the bonding between base metal and weld is poor,and when the welding current is 150,180 and 210 A,the bonding between base metal and weld is better.The weld microstructure is equiaxed grain with obvious grain boundary.The grain size is the smallest when the current is 120 A.With the gradual increase of welding current,the grain size increases gradually.The fusion zone is clearly visible.The microstructure of heat affected zone is equiaxed Austenite grain.The microhardness of welded joints increases slowly with the increase of welding current.
