摘 要:受管路内不稳定流场的影响,外夹式超声流量计超声波传播声道上的流量计算模型改变,进而产生测量误差。采用计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真计算方法对50%闸阀开度时的管路流场进行了仿真分析,研究了闸阀前后不同位置处流场变化引起的流速变化情况,并在不同位置处提取多个声道的线平均速度进行比较,分析了选取不同声道时超声流量计的测量误差。最后,通过开展多声道超声流量计实测实验对CFD仿真计算结果进行了验证。Due to the influence of the unsteady flow field in the pipeline, the flow calculation model on the acoustic channel of the clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter is changed and resulting in the measurement error.Computational Fluid Dymamics(CFD) simulation method is used to simulate and analyze the pipeline flow field when 50% gate valve is opened.The change of flow velocity caused by the change of flow field at different positions before and after the gate valve is studied.The average linear velocity of multiple sound channels is extracted at different positions for comparison, and the measurement error of ultrasonic flowmeter when different sound channels are selected is analyzed.Finally, the CFD simulation results are verified by the multi-channel ultrasonic flowmeter experiment.
