摘  要:采用数值模拟的方法,针对管线平板闸阀中浮动阀座-闸板密封副在不同开度时的流体压力、速度、流动规律及启闭扭矩进行研究。研究结果表明:在闸板开启/关闭接近结束时,应尽可能加快开启/关闭的速度,减小流体的压力对密封结构的冲击损伤,在开启/关闭一定时间时,开启/关闭速度尽量放缓。此项研究为密封结构的设计、优化提供理论基础,为工程应用提供参考,为密封结构的健康性管理提供新的策略。Using numerical simulation methods,the fluid pressure,velocity,flow law and opening and closing torque of floating seat and gate seal pair in pipeline flat gate valve were studied.The results show that when the shuttling is turned on/off,the opening/closing speed should be accelerated as much as possible,reduce the pressure of the fluid to the impact damage of the sealing structure,and turn on/off at a certain time on time,turn on/off slow.This study provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of seal structure,a reference for engineering application,and a new strategy for the health management of seal structure.
