摘  要:介绍了一种用于长输管线的全焊接球形阀体设计,采用弹性壳体不连续理论及等效线性化方法,参照ASME VIII-2及JB4732-1995(R2005)标准进行了应力分类和归纳,按照第四强度理论计算了结构当量强度并分析了阀体应力分布特征。对全焊接球形阀体选取了6个不同截面,分别进行内部介质压力为15 MPa、18 MPa及静水壳体压力为22.5 MPa作用下的阀体强度分析,结果表明该全焊接球阀的结构强度满足使用要求,研究结果为长输管线用球阀阀体设计提供了重要的参考。This paper introduces the design of an all-welded spherical valve body for long-distance pipeline.According to ASME VIII-2 and JB4732-1995(R2005)standards,the equivalent strength of the structure was calculated according to the fourth strength theory,and the stress distribution characteristics of valve body were analyzed by using the discontinuity theory of elastic shell and equivalent linearization method.Six different sections of welded spherical valve body were selected to analyze the valve body strength under the internal medium pressure of 15 MPa and 18 MPa and the hydro static shell pressure of 22.5 MPa respectively.The results show that the structural strength of the all-welded ball valve meets the application requirements.The research results provide important reference for valve body design of ball valve for long-distance pipeline.
