摘  要:对多相流输送球阀在输送渣油-氢气-固体催化剂颗粒介质时的流动特性进行了仿真计算,结果发现:重力为x方向时,全开多相流球阀管道表面附近的渣油体积分数非常高,氢气泡主要集中在管道中心位置,催化剂颗粒的分布非常均匀;半开多相流球阀以及全开多相流球阀的重力为-y方向时,氢气体积分数高的位置催化剂颗粒的含量比较低。In this paper,the flow characteristics of the ball valve when conveying oil,hydrogen,and solid-catalyst-particles were simulated.The results showed that when it was fully opened and the gravity was x,the oil’s volume fraction near the surface of the pipe was very high,the hydrogen were mainly concentrated in the center of the pipe,and the particles were evenly distributed.When the ball valve was half opened or the gravity of the fully opened ball valve was-y,the quantity of particles at the position with high hydrogen volume fraction was relatively low.
