摘  要:应用FASIP(流固耦合)软件,选用五阶精度对高性能蒸汽安全阀内流道进行流动特性的仿真,结果显示喉部流道结构会对安全阀内部流动状态产生影响。经调整流道结构,数值模拟结果显示优化后的流道结构排量比原结构增加了13%;通过模拟不同开启高度下的高性能蒸汽安全阀的排量,得到安全阀排量系数随开启高度变化的关系曲线,这对提高高性能蒸汽安全阀的排量性能以及工程应用具有指导性意义。FASIP(fluid-structure coupling)software was used to simulate the flow field inside the High-performance steam safety valve.The simulation results show that the throat flow passage structure has an effect on the flow state inside the safety valve.After adjusting the flow channel structure,the numerical simulation results show that the displacement of the optimized flow channel structure increases by 13%compared with the original structure.By simulating the displacement of High-performance steam safety valve at different lifts,the relationship curve of displacement coefficient with lifts was obtained,which has guiding significance for improving the displacement performance of High-performance steam safety valve and its engineering application.
