摘 要:三偏心蝶阀是在双偏心蝶阀结构的基础上增加了一个密封角度偏心,其密封机理为扭力密封。三偏心蝶阀的密封性能与三个偏心值的设计相关,但同时还要根据阀门的公称通径和关闭压差情况设计合理的密封面过盈量,才能使阀门满足密封性能要求。基于ANSYS有限元非线性理论和过盈配合模型,对公称通径为DN500,公称压力为300Lb的三偏心蝶阀进行了仿真分析,得出其在不同关闭压差条件下,阀门密封面的接触压力分布情况及密封面过盈量对密封比压的影响,对三偏心蝶阀的设计工作具有借鉴意义。The triple eccentric butterfly valve is based on the double eccentric butterfly valve structure,which adds an eccentric sealing angle,and its sealing mechanism is torque sealing.The sealing performance of triple eccentric butterfly valve is closely related to the design of three eccentric values,but at the same time,it is necessary to design reasonable sealing surface interference according to the nominal diameter and closing pressure difference of the valve,so as to make the valve meet the requirements of sealing performance.Based on the ANSYS finite element nonlinear theory and interference fit model,this paper simulated and analyzed the triple eccentric butterfly valve with nominal diameter of DN500 and nominal pressure of 300 Lb,and obtained the contact pressure distribution of the valve sealing surface and the influence of the interference amount of the sealing surface on the sealing pressure under different closing pressure conditions,which has reference significance for the design of the triple eccentric butterfly valve.
