摘  要:同步运动(直线或者转动)是机械机构中常用的机械动作,传递功率大、无级调速时候,机构中的执行元件常常采用液压传动的方式。两个或者两个以上油缸同步传动是其中常见的传动方式,虽然使用特殊的液压元件(例如分流集流阀、同步马达、同步缸等)或者位移传感器闭环控制可实现高精度的同步控制,但是结构复杂、成本高等限制了其应用范围。同时常见的机构油缸中的同步要求并不高,更多的方式则是采用机械液压同步实现。本文主要研究机械液压同步回路中影响同步精度的一些设计要点,通过受力分析、模拟仿真得出机架刚度的大小、偏载力的大小与同步精度的关系。Synchronous motion(straight line or rotation)is a common mechanical action in mechanical mechanisms.When the transmission power is large and the stepless speed regulation is used,the actuators in the mechanism are often hydraulically driven.Synchronous transmission of two or more cylinders is a common transmission method.Although the use of special hydraulic components(such as diverter collector valves,synchronous motors,synchronous cylinders,etc.)or closed-loop control of displacement sensors can achieve high-precision synchronous control,but The complex structure and high cost limit its application range.At the same time,the synchronization requirements of common mechanism cylinders are not high,and more methods are achieved by mechanical hydraulic synchronization.This paper mainly studies some design points that affect the synchronization accuracy in the mechanical hydraulic synchronization circuit.Through the force analysis and simulation,the relationship between the frame stiffness,the eccentric load force and the synchronization accuracy is obtained.
