摘　　要：目前,在实验室利用有机前驱体制备泡沫陶瓷的实验过程中,压浆工序采用的都是单辊与平面压浆,既不能大幅度精确调节辊子和平面的间距,同时线、面接触压浆又对前驱体的挂浆效果产生影响。双辊间距可调式压浆机主要解决了上述两个问题,且本设备为手动,实用性高,简单易操作,适用于不同条件下的有机前驱体压浆实验的要求。?At present,in the laboratory experiment of preparing foam ceramics with organic precursor,the grouting process is all single roller and plane grouting,and the distance between roller and plane can not be precisely adjusted,at the same time,the line and surface contact grouting has an effect on the slurry hanging effect of the precursor.In this paper,the two-roller spacing adjustable grouting machine mainly solves the above two problems,and the equipment is manual,high practicality,easy to operate,suitable for different conditions of organic precursor grouting experiment requirements.
