摘　　要：先天性心脏病严重危害我国儿童健康。国家儿童医学中心复旦大学附属儿科医院黄国英教授课题组创新建立准确、简便、适宜的新生儿先心病早期筛查技术方案(双指标法),并积极推进临床研究成果顺利转化为国家公共卫生政策;建立新生儿先天性心脏病筛查国家级项目管理办公室,构建覆盖全国的“筛查—诊断—治疗”管理服务网络体系,取得显著社会效益,对保障和促进儿童健康、降低婴幼儿死亡率和致残率、减轻社会和家庭的经济负担具有重要意义。Congenital heart disease seriously impairs children’s health in China.Professor Huang Guoying’s research group in National Children’s Medical Center,Children’s Hospital of Fudan University,innovatively established an accurate,simple and suitable technical protocol for early screening of neonatal congenital heart disease(double index method),and actively promoted the transformation of this clinical research results into national public health policies.The establishment of the national project management office for neonatal congenital heart disease screening and the construction of"screening-diagnosis-treatment"management service network system have achieved remarkable social benefits,which are of great significance for ensuring and promoting children’s health,reducing infant mortality and disability rate,and lightening the economic burden of society and families.
